Steel stalls always rust. Paint, galvanize coating, galvalum and powder coating can't stop rust. They only slow it down. Horses chew; equipment scratches bars & rails and rusting starts. Once rusting starts, it's only a matter of time before an investment in steel is destroyed. ARC stalls have aluminum grills that never rust.

Above are ARC stalls replacing 6 year old rusted steel. The old stall looked so bad that the owner picked our stalls to lock out rust. Rust is like cancer. Once it starts only surgery can stop it.
